    旧时，久旱不雨，县令或一方头面人物常聚众将“龙王”、“关帝”的塑像从庙中抬出，鸣锣开道，鼓乐相随，走村串巷，招摇一番，然后将塑像置于事先搭好的大棚之内供奉祭祀，磕头许愿以祈降雨。建国后，祈雨活动绝迹。
