    1933年，国民政府颁布《兵役法》，改募兵制为征兵制。鱼台县实行按地亩出壮丁。富有之家多出钱雇用他人代替，时称“买学兵”、“买壮丁”。1947年，县国民政府为扩充兵员，实行按人抽丁。规定“二丁抽一”、“三丁抽二”(独子不抽)，强迫适龄(18～45岁)壮丁当兵。由于此法实行不通，只好抓兵。是年11月，抓兵1935人移送国民政府济宁团管区。
