    1988年以前，行政审判由民事审判庭受理。1988年1月成立行政审判庭，设庭长1人，书记员1人。依照《行政诉讼法》，须开庭审理的，临时抽调人员组成合议庭。5月开始收案，至1990年，共受理行政案件4件。其中治安行政案件3件，渔业行政案件1件。审理结果，维持行政机关处罚决定的3件，撤回起诉1件。
