    建国后，土地征用事宜先后由民政、农业等部门负责办理。1984年9月，农牧局设置土地管理股，行使土地管理职权。1987年12月，成立鱼台县土地管理局。1988年，各乡(镇)相继成立了土地管理办公室，行政村配备了兼职土管员，形成县、乡(镇)、村三级土地管理网。
