    1976年，鱼台开始在微山县欢城镇征地建设岱庄煤矿。全井田3.6平方公里，地质储量3040.7万吨，可采储量1527万吨。设计年产20万吨，服务年限54年。采用一对立井开掘，主井于1977年1月破土，副井于1977年5月破土，表土采用淹水沉井施工工艺，井筒掘至地下210米深处。1983年1月开始试产，当年生产原煤8万余吨，主要用于计划内供应济宁地区的部分县、区。是年，山东省委书记办公会决定，将岱庄煤矿移交省劳改部门，1984年3月移交完毕。
