    1983年7月9日，县人民政府根据国务院办公厅下达的《关于军队离休干部移交地方管理问题的通知》，将军队离休干部移交地方民政部门管理。至1990年，县民政局共接收安置军队离休干部5人。其中，副师职1人，正团职1人，副团职3人。5人中，地方拨款建住房的1人，拨款12600元。其余4人部队直接拨款，自建住房。
