    1955年，县人民检察院开始受理人民群众来信来访，按照党的政策和国家法律，申张正义，维护社会主义法制。1984年4月，县人民检察院设控告申诉检察科，申诉检察工作开始制度化。1983～1990年，县检察院共受理控告申诉870件。其中自办210件，转办660件。
