    微山县境内，地形复杂，水、旱、病、虫等灾害均有发生。建国至1990年，共发生自然灾害95次(同年发生两种灾害作两次统计)。其中水灾29次，旱灾27次，风灾14次，病虫灾15次，其他如霜冻灾10次，总受灾面积1006.4万亩，成灾643.1万亩，平均每年受灾面积24.5万亩，成灾面积15.7万亩。
