    历史上没有专门农机机构。1970年3月，济宁县始设农机电管理局。1972年12月撤销农机电管理局，设农机局。1976年10月，改称农业机械管理局。1984年8月，撤局设农机管理服务公司。1988年10月，复设农机管理局。1993年11月，改称农机管理服务中心。1995年底，农机管理服务中心内设人秘科、财务科、机务科、农机监理站、农机技术推广站、农业机械化学校。有干部职工46人，其中技术人员35人（高级工程师1人，工程师5人，技术员29人）。下辖农机供应公司、拖拉机站和12处乡镇农机站。
