    建国初期，法院的案件审理实行审判、执行合二为一，无专门执行机构。1984年4月，正式建立执行庭，开始施行执行职责。至1995年，共依法执行1762件，其中，刑事案件18件，民事案件647件，经济案件1062件，其他35件。共追回款1.59亿元。共依法拘留74人，判刑2人。
