    1927年，济宁境内有国民党员10余人，次年增至30人。1929年，党务活动公开后，有党员100人，至1945年发展到200人。1946年9月，国民党军占据济宁后，党员数量增至1000人。1948年5月，三民主义青年团并入国民党，党员达到2700人。其中，三青团员900人。
