    1999－2004年，区级劳动保障监察机构紧紧围绕劳动保障中心工作，进一步加大
劳动保障监察执法工作力度，采取多种形式开展劳动保障监察工作，开展专项执法检
查8次，对用人单位进行了劳动保障年度检查4次，受理群众投诉4 30余件，立案查处
了劳动保障违法案件140余件，督促471户用人单位办理了社会保险登记，追发劳动者
工资6.7万元， 取缔非法职业中介机构21户，清退童工15人，督促4500名劳动者与用
人单位补签了劳动合同。
