  第一编 建置 区划


       奎文区位于世界风筝都——山东省潍坊市的中心城区，是全市的政治、金融、商贸、文化中心，因区境内有始建于清代的“奎文门”而得名。经国务院批准，1994年9月正式设立。2011年1月，辖8个街道、100个社区居委会。
