　　自1987年4月10日起，对非农业生产建设征用、占用的耕地，按照《中华人民共和国耕地占用税暂行条例》规定开征耕地占用税。由乡镇财政所具体征收。潍坊市核定寿光征收标准每平方米4.30元（每市亩2866元）。所征税款上交中央财政50％（1989年改为30％），留县50％（1989年改为70％），纳入县财政预算，用作农业发展专项资金。
