　　诸城县聋哑学校建于1984年3月，校址始设于县农民中专学校，招收11～14岁的男性儿童14名。
　　1985年，发动群众捐资14万元，征地3亩，在县城以东大华岭上建校。次年5月，师生乔迁新址，时共有教职工6人。1987年，共有学生40人，教职工19人。设思想品德、语文、数学、常识、体育、图画，手工劳动等课程。
