　　境内在侨汇管理上，实行“保送、保密、存款自愿、取款自由”的原则，为服务侨胞，沟通汇路，便利侨汇，依照国家规定对其优待利率，积极做好侨汇解付工作。诸城自1955年开始办理侨汇业务，是年经办6笔，金额881元。此后，经办侨汇笔数、金额不断增加，但每年总额一般在2000元左右，最多为5000元左右。党的十一届三中全会以后，境内侨汇剧增。1980年达到120笔，侨汇金额22739元。1983年增加到228笔，86139元，比1977年分别增加3.9倍、6.4倍。1987年侨汇金额增至108589元。1977～1987年，共办理侨汇1366笔，784352元。
