　　1977年6月，整套氧气生产设备在诸城县冶炼厂（后为铸造厂）安装就绪，一次试车成功，随即投产。设备生产能力为150立方米／小时，年产量持续稳定在30万立方米左右，产值30万元，氧气质量高于国家标准，产品供应全县各行业。1987年，氧气产量35万立方米，产值35万元。
