　　1981年3月成立高密县公证处，办理公证业务。至1982年底，共办理收养、遗嘱、经济合同、房屋买卖等公证59件。1983年，围。绕为社会主义经济服务开展公证工作，办理各种公证129件，其中经济合同公证12件。1984年，县公证处建立岗位责任制，各乡镇设公证联络员，建立公证联络制度，扩大办证面。是年办理各项公证233件，其中办理“两户一体”经济合同公证59件，占经济合同办证总数的50％。1985年办理公证2508件，其中，经济合同2376件。
