　　1980年始对有关单位征收排污费。至1986年底，共征收1331039.03元。排污费主要用于补助企业污染治理工程。1981至1985年共支付排污费743081元，补助治理污水工程14项，烟尘工程3项，废渣、环境、县城综合工程各1项。
