　　县内建筑企业创建全优工程，始于1980年。是年，县建筑工程公司承建的县电影管理站附属工程、昌潍地区水产局宿舍楼、昌潍地区事务管理局食堂等工程，被省建筑工程局评为全优工程。至1985年，县建筑工程公司、县第一建筑工程公司、兴华建筑工程公司共创建全优工程25项（其中省建筑工程局评定18项，市建设委员会评定7项）。建筑面积共5.3万平方米，成优率25.2％。
