　　预算内拨款　建行高密办事处自1964至1966年4月为高密县拨款2407万元。1966年5月，昌潍建行直接为高密县拨款，至1972年12月共拨4421.9万元。1973年3月至1978年12月，为高密县拨款2598.86万元。高密县建行于1979年1月始只管高密县基建拨款，至1985年拨款4053.88万元。
　　自筹资金拨款　1964至1966年建行高密办事处经办自筹资金拨款73.56万元。1973至1978年经办470万元，其中高密县415.8万元。1979至1985年办理高密县自筹资金拨款2845.38万元。
　　效益　“文化大革命”期间，基建拨款业务不正常，造成基建战线拉长，进度慢，效果差。建行高密办事处恢复后，至1983年，共拨款12439.15万元，其中预算内资金9955.27万元，自筹资金2483.88万元。建成各类交付使用财产价值10722.33万元，其中预算内的8238.45万元，自筹的2483.88万元。
