　　新中国建立初，蔬菜、果品主要是农民自产自销。1957年后，县城虽设有几家果品蔬菜门市部，但城乡居民所需大宗蔬菜、果品仍靠市场供应。70年代初，商业部门年销售水果（主要是苹果）150至250万斤。1976年销售各类果品310万斤。1982年和1983年，水果年销售量700万斤。
　　1984年后，水果价格上涨，销售量下降。
