　　中华人民共和国建立后，县内旅居国外的侨胞，陆续与国内眷属取得了联系。国家鼓励华侨向国内汇款，侨汇逐年增加。为鼓励侨汇，银行执行“保送、保密、保存取”的原则。1980年设专人管理，侨汇现款，随到随送，风雨无阻。
