　　1980年4月，对几种贷款实行加息制度：（1）逾期贷款加息20％。（2）超定额贷款加息30％。（3）挤、占、挪用流动资金贷款加息50％。同时规定一笔贷款具有几种加息因素时，应择其最高的一种加收利息。
　　1982年全面提高了利率，增加了档次，对流动资金和中短期设备贷款实行不同的利率，促进企业加强经济核算，节约资金，加速周转。
