　　根据1962年9月中央《关于进一步巩固人民公社集体经济，发展农业生产的决定》的精神。1965年前后，任务外多收的余粮，除按统购价付款外，再奖售化肥（只限小麦、大豆）。1982年国家规定，以包购任务为基础，生产队每向国家交售100元的粮食，奖售化肥120斤。花生按省分配的种植面积，每亩拨给生产化肥15斤，并预借奖售化肥10斤。每交大花生米100斤，奖售化肥45斤。交售小花生米100斤，奖售化肥35斤。交售生油39斤，奖售化肥45斤。
