　　1949年以来，国家每年都拨出一定的卫生事业经费，并逐年增加，由县财政部门下拨，县卫生局统一掌握使用。主要项目有人员工资、设备购置费、基建费、修缮费、卫生防疫费、补助工资、公务费、职工福利费、差额补助费、公费医疗费、合作医疗补助费、其他免费诸种。1960年总收入为71.28万元，其中上级拨款4.12万元，业务收入64.63万元，其他收入2.53万元。1978年总收入为324.8万元，其中上级拨款65.8万元，业务收入244.7万元，其他收入14.3万元。1985年总收入达674.4万元，其中上级拨款101万元，业务收入542.4万元，其他收入31万元。上级拨款比1960年、1978年分别增加了24.5倍和近1倍，业务收入比1960年、1978年分别增加了8.4倍和1倍多。
