　　1975年4月，县公社工业局成立，专管公社企业，下设政工、生产和供财3组，有工作人员13人。1979年9月，改称人民公社企业局。同时局内设立矿山公司。1981年3月复称公社工业局。1982年6月又改称社队企业管理局，1984年4月，县多种经营办公室并入，改称县多种经营乡镇企业局。同年10月，多种经营归属县农委，又改称县乡镇企业管理局。1985年有干部职工76人。
