　　民国时期，县政府设人事管理员，办理职官任免、晋级、奖惩等有关事宜。
　　1948年（新）安丘县政府建立，民政科设一专职干部负责人事工作。1953年1月，安丘县人民政府始设人事科，1964年3月改称人事监察科，1965年6月改称人事监察局，1967年7月并入县革命委员会政治部组织处。1976年2月，设安丘县革命委员会人事局，1980年6月，改称安丘县人事局。1985年有干部职工18名。
