　　1980年10月，成立潍县房管所，隶属县基本建设委员会。1981年8月改属城建局。1984年1月。改属潍坊市房产管理局，更名为潍坊市寒亭区房地产管理所。1986年7月1日，归属寒亭区城乡建设委员会。主要负责管理寒亭镇街里土改时没收、接管地主的185间公房。1988年10月，区政府设立土地管理局，对城区单位建设用地进行统一管理。
