　　1968年始，每月向有车单位及运输专业户征收养路费。1985年对专业运输部门，按其总收入的15%征收；社会车辆按其载重吨位征收，主车每个吨位每月115元，挂车每吨位58元，学校、医院的车辆每吨位75元，邮政车每吨位81元，所征收路费全部上缴省交通厅。对公路的修建养护所需费用由省按预算拨付。汽车定额超收部分以15%上缴省厅，余者按四三三分成，即40%交市公路局，30%留作生产基金，另30%由市局控制监督使用。
