　　建国前，体育活动用费由地方临时自筹和绅商捐助。建国初期，由财政拨款、工会补助和从有关单位临时筹集，多方集资办体育。至1955年5月市体育运动委员会成立，体育经费全部出自财政拨款，除体育设施基本建设专项拨款外，1966年前经常活动费为1万元左右，1966年增为41000元，后屡有增减，至1989年增为24万元，1990年增为28万元。
