　　安置分为复员军人安置、退伍军人安置和军队离退休干部的安置。1952年潍坊市成立了复员建设委员会，1956年成立了转业建设委员会，副市长王振兴任主任，下设办公室，民政科。1959年转业建设委员会撤销，建立复退安置办公室。1979年成立了潍坊市双退领导小组，下设办公室。1984年改为潍城区退伍军人安置办公室。1985年成立潍城区军人离退休干部安置办公室。
