　　1964年至1965年工业调整，潍坊市3000多名职工下放，1966年统计有1555人无工作，经政府批准厂里收回625人，重新就业200人，尚有730人无职业。其中35人按其本人原工资的40％发给救济费，每年6384元，定期救济的9人，每年1356元，临时救济的61人，每年20160元。1985年后，除不够救济标准和归口管理的以外，区内还有63人享受40％的救济，每年需用款1.6万元。
