　　邮政　1899年（清光绪二十五年），潍县设立大清二等邮政局，隶属胶州邮政总局管辖。1910年（宣统二年），胶州邮界改为副邮务总局，潍县邮政局仍属其管辖。局址初在火车站，后迁至城内布政司街。
　　电信　1885年（清光绪十一年），潍县始设电报局。局址在东北关北大路道南，隶属中国电报商局管理，属“官督商办”。1902年（清光绪二十八年）改为“官股商办”。1906年（清光绪三十二年），改归邮传部电政司管辖后，定为二等乙级局。
