第七章   特种教育

       1984年7月，建立聋哑学校，校址在昌邑城后。学校共有教职员10人，其中校长1人，教师4人，保育员1人，保健员1人，会计1人，职员1人，炊工1人。1984年招收学生14人。学制暂定6年，执行《全日制六年制聋哑学校教学计划》。
