    1981年开展公证业务，至1982年办理经济合同、收养等公证266件。1983年以贯彻落实经济合同法为主要内容，开展公证业务，至1987年办理经济合同、遗嘱、收养等2427件，其中公证经济合同2279件。1988年经过公证的经济合同履约率在99％以上。
