    1976年县捕捞公司购进机动船2只，248马力，1977年增加到6只，888马力。1982年对3对渔船，实行生产责任制，采取定人员、定任务、定产值、定费用的办法。1986年全部推行大包干办法，但由于管理不善，包而不死，结果未能扭转亏损局面。1987年卖掉渔船4只，剩余渔船两只，248马力，继续推行联产承包责任制，经济状况好转。
