    渔业为境内传统产业，主要是海洋捕捞。20世纪50年代始兴海水养殖，主要品种为海带。之后，养殖品种逐渐增多，并出现许多珍稀品种。主要有贻贝、扇贝、牡蛎、鲈鱼、牙鲆、对虾、海参、鲍鱼等。建区后，根据城市建设需要，养殖区域缩小，渔业生产规模逐渐缩减。渔业生产秩序逐渐规范。
