第二章    人  口
      
    自北宋年间唐氏在此建村后，至2001年，共有李、刘、郝、宋、康、王、苏、潘、魏、杨、周等11个姓氏先后入居。马连沟村人口规模1945年175户619人，2012年发展到264户911人，其中男423人，女488人，人口规模居招远市所属村庄中上。
