    九曲蒋家村历史上无正规驻军组织，所谓军事组织均是民间组织形式，从自发的民间自卫组织逐步发展到共产党领导下的抗日自卫团和民兵，民间军事组织经过一个不断发展完善的过程。国家推行民兵和预备役相结合的制度以后，九曲蒋家村积极进行预备役登记和预编，民兵成为正规国防后备力量，预备役建设多次受到预备役师团表彰。
