    1972年，县统计局系统整理了“1949～1970年招远县国民经济统计资料”，此后每年汇编一辑国民经济统计资料。统计资料汇编还先后汇编了1971～1975年、1976～1980年国民经济统计资料和1976～1980年农村历史统计资料、1949～1985年农村历史统计资料。年度统计资料整理，从1992年开始按全省统一标准出版16开《招远统计年鉴》，每年一辑。为庆祝新中国成立50周年，充分展示新中国成立以来招远经济和社会发展的重大变化，1999年8月市统计局编辑出版《光辉五十年》，在全市发行。
