    由于受天然地形条件影响，招远市无过境客流水，水资源全部依赖降雨补给。
    1978～2002年，年平均降水量607.3毫米，由东南向西北递减，存有罗山、九曲、霞坞3个暴雨中心。全市多年平均水资源总量2.73亿立方米，人均占有473立方米。地表水资源量2.32亿立方米，可利用量1.24亿立方米。地下水资源量1.35亿立方米，可采量1.27亿立方米。全市可利用水资源量为2.51亿立方米。
