    1958年，县内开始进行等级裁判员评定工作。在此以前，县内进行体育
比赛，裁判员均需临时聘请体育教师担任。1966年全县共有等级裁判员32人，
其中田径、体操一级裁判员3人，篮球、田径二级裁判员8人，篮球、田径三
级裁判员 21 人。1979年全县共有等级裁判员52人，其中二级裁判员15人(田
径5人、篮球7人、武术3人)、三级裁判员37人(篮球15人、田径22人)。1987年
全县共有等级裁判员81 人，其中一级裁判员4人(田径、体操、武术、象棋各
1人)、二级裁判员22人(篮球12人、田径10人)、三级裁判员55人(篮球20人、田
径35人)。1991 年全县共有等级裁判员130人，其中一级裁判员10人(田径6人，
体操、武术、篮球、象棋各1人)、 二级裁判员15人(篮球4人、田径11人)、三
级裁判员105人(篮球50人、田径55人)。
