    吕祖殿位于三清殿东侧，庙宇建筑。蓬莱阁建筑群旧有吕公亭，有"纯阳
洞"匾额，亭内树吕洞宾像碑，后亭圮，移像碑于三清殿东侧偏北处重建碑亭，
即今之吕祖像碑亭。清光绪三年(1877)，知府贾瑚、总兵王正起于亭南接建殿
庑，即今之吕祖殿，正殿3间，附设东西两庑。正殿长9.04米，进深8.05米，
殿内金柱两支。 东庑南端有亭相连，旧志中称"望海亭"，凭栏观海，一望无
极，故得名"观澜亭"。
