    1985年，《中华人民共和国专利法》开始实施，县内全面开展《专利法》
的宣传、普及工作。1989年，成立烟台市蓬莱专利技术事务所，负责全县专
利申请、专利实施、专利项目引进工作。至1991年，全县专利申请量累计155
件，专利授权 69件，专利实施量110项，累计创产值3.1亿元，创利税6500万
元。蓬莱县科委获" 山东省199 1年度专利工作先进集体"称号。
