    县内饲养的其他动物有貂、鹿、貉、狗、猫、鹌鹑、鸽子、土鳖、蜗牛、
蚯蚓、蝎子、蜜蜂、金鱼等，其中主要是貂。
    县内养貂始于60年代， 开始多为集体饲养，1965年全县养貂240只，1969
年发展到1184只。1975年第五次全国水貂生产工作会议在蓬莱召开。1976年，
全县共兴办集体养貂场19处，养貂3311只。 农村经济体制改革后， 出现一
批养貂专业户。1983年刘家旺村集体养貂场所产貂皮荣获国家外经部优质产
品证书，培育的珍珠雪貂填补国家空白。1987年全县养貂2.79万只，创县内年
养貂历史最高纪录。1991年全县养种貂1.16万只，产貂皮1.22万张。
