    1978年，中共十一届三中全会以后，检察院加强对各卷经济案件的立案
侦查。至1991年底，决定逮捕的案犯占受理案犯的7.7％， 决定起诉的案犯
是逮捕案犯的126.3％，免予起诉和不起诉的案犯是逮捕案犯的221.1％，挽回
经济损失545万元；对提起公诉的案件全部出庭支持公诉。
