    从1985年1月1日起，取消粮油统派购制度，实行合同定购。定购品种有小麦、玉米、花生。对大豆实行议价合同定购，其它品种实行议购议销。1986年全县购入粮食总数12495万公斤，其中合同定购5681万公斤，收购6814万公斤。1988年总购入粮食6861万公斤，其中合同定购5434万公斤，收购1427万公斤。
