    1937年12月，中共莱阳县委设立军事部，由庄国瑞(又名庄扶吾)任部长，1938年4月，由李华亭继任，1939年10月由于光接任。1941年2月莱阳县分为莱东行署(习惯称县)和莱阳县。莱东县委设军事部，梁风君任部长。1943年1月撤销莱东县委军事部。
