    1929年(民国18年)，莱阳县成立商会，设执行委员15人，监察委员5人，常务委员5人，主席1人。共有商会会员102人。其经费则由入会商号依资本多少摊派，遇有特项，筹特别捐。1930年夏，成立县油业公会，设执行委员11人，公推常务委员3人，共有会员232人。次年秋，成立县酒业公会，设执行委员11人，公推常务委员3人，有会员87人。
